  • Facilitated the development of over forty teams composed of a dozen managers and executives focused on self-assessment, job assessment and career development.
  • Evaluated, selected, and administered numerous instruments to aid professionals in the assessment and in the development of their skills and knowledge areas.
  • Trained fifty facilitators to work with professionals on developing career plans.

  • Supervised the publication, marketing and distribution of French and English technical documents.
  • Improved financial systems and information flow, streamlined financial reporting and presented strategic plan to upgrade financial systems.

Regional Representative and Volunteer
  • Established diplomatic relations with high-ranking regional officials
  • Designed and negotiated program agreements with government and international donor officials.
  • Managed the administrative, medical and logistical support for a large group of Peace Corps volunteers.
